Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery is a standard fee of £75 to the Mainland UK with a trusted courier. However, a small supplement may apply if you live further afield, i.e. Highlands, Cornwall, the Isle of Man, etc. Please contact me for a quote if you are unsure.

 

Alternatively, you are welcome to come and collect for free from my workshop in Fleet, Hampshire.

 

I use a professional courier service to deliver all my pieces. They use straps and blankets to keep each item secure while being transported. 

 

All my items are wrapped with a protective foam sheet, covered with cardboard, and shrink-wrapped for delivery. I try to use recycled material wherever possible.

I try to get all items delivered within 1-2 weeks, but this will depend on the courier schedule and route. Sometimes it may take a little longer. 

Once an item is purchased, a contact number and email address will be needed to pass on to our courier company as they will contact you to arrange delivery.

Returns

For all items bought from the Shop, we offer free cancellation and a full refund for orders cancelled before dispatch.

 

In addition, in line with distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within the 14-day cooling-off period once you have received your item, during which time you have 14 days to return your item following your request. The delivery fee is non-refundable, and return shipping fees and packaging costs will be your responsibility.   Refunds will only be issued if an item is returned in perfect condition. If an item is returned damaged, your refund will take into account any loss in value.

Please note that commission pieces do not fall within these requirements and are non-refundable, unless there is a specific issue with a piece. Should you wish to discuss a refund and we feel the item is resealable, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

If the item is faulty or needs a repair due to an issue with our workmanship, we will either carry out a repair, replacement, or give a full refund if we cannot do either of those, including any delivery costs. 

For items damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We require full photographs of the piece and packaging as it is received. Its essential pieces are inspected and unpacked before the courier leaves.  Any damage caused by the delivery that is discovered after that point cannot be part of a damages claim.
